I choose a picture of the Egyptian Pyramids. The Egyptian Pyramids were built around 3000 bc. The people who built them did not have the tools or technology that we have today. So we have to wonder how they were built. In the photo of the pyramids, the photographer focuses on the pyramids themselves to show the enormity and workmanship of what these ancient civilizations can create.Enormity, used by most people, means the large size or scale of something. In comparison to the pyramids, it shows the enormity of the pyramids themselves and how big they actually are. Not only the size of the pyramids but the enormity of work, hours, and strength it took for these ancient civilizations to be able to build these.
Workmanship really means how well something is made. In comparison to the pyramids, the workmanship that these civilizations have is amazing. Just the thought of how these civilizations could create something like this without the technology that we have today is amazing.
In this photo, the photographer shows the enormity and workmanship of what these ancient civilizations can do. Even today, creating something like that would be almost an impossible task.
I like how you focused on how great the size of the pyramids, it would be good to also show how the photograph is composed to show the enormity.
